Stone Bridge Villas, L.L.C. is an Epcon Communities builder which is owned and operated by Joni West and John Holthaus. We have both been involved in real estate in many different capacities for the past 15 to 20 years. We are both licensed real estate brokers and have been actively involved in buying and selling real estate for development and investment purposes. We have also overseen several residential renovation projects. Our love for real estate has led us to pursue our current project at Stone Bridge Villas.

In 2004, our company became a franchisee of Epcon Communities. The visionary founders of Epcon Communities have been redesigning and improving their ranch style condominiums for decades now. All of this effort has resulted in the beautiful condominiums that we are now building at Stone Bridge Villas.
